The owner activates Premium and explicitly turns on sync for the babies they choose. They can then invite a caregiver by email. After joining, that caregiver can use the same shared log without buying a separate subscription.
Premium includes online web access. Local records are not enrolled automatically; the owner chooses which babies to sync.
Free tracking on iPhone and Android keeps local records on that device. It is useful for one person logging offline, but it does not provide a shared online record. Optional Premium adds backup, sync across devices, web access, and caregiver sharing. One owner subscription covers invited caregivers.
