Delete your account

Newborn Log is provided by Kickoff Ventures Pte Ltd. This page explains how to delete your Newborn Log account and what happens to your data afterward.

Before you start

Transfer or delete every baby you own first. You cannot delete your account while you still own a baby.

Cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription first, if you have one. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription for you, so cancel it yourself before you continue, or it keeps renewing.

Delete your account

1. Sign in to your account at https://app.newbornlog.com/account.
2. Choose "Delete account" and confirm.

What happens next

We remove your access immediately. Baby records and photos you shared with a family remain with the remaining owner and caregivers, and your account identity on those shared records is anonymized. Deletion of your sign-in account is queued; we do not promise exactly when provider backups, logs, or offline copies disappear.
